2. Employers

If you are seeking to instruct Randsel Global for the provision of recruitment services, our standard terms and conditions shall apply (copy available upon request).

Randsel Global makes no representation or warranty in respect of any of the following:

  • The existence or availability of any appointment advertised on the Randsel Global Site; or

  • The final terms and duration of any appointment obtained through the Randsel Global Site.

3. Candidates

When you register as a candidate, or when Randsel Global contacts you via telephone or email for a temporary or permanent position, you accept becoming part of an Agreement with Randsel Global, which comprises participating in recruitment processes and receiving alerts for vacancies that may fit your profile. The rights and obligations of this Agreement are set out in these Terms and Conditions, which you accept at the time of registration or when confirming your interest in joining our database.

Recruitment services for candidates are free of charge. You may terminate this relationship at any time by contacting us using the details provided below.

4. Use of the Randsel Global Site

We operate the Randsel Global Site to assist you in understanding our services and communicating with us. The site is provided for your personal use, subject to these Terms and Conditions. If you encounter issues accessing the site or uploading your CV, please contact us for support.

5. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. We will notify you of any changes, including:

  1. The scope of changes,

  2. The objection period,

  3. The fact that non-objection constitutes acceptance, and

  4. The consequences of objection.

Changes will apply after we have provided notice.

6. Your Use of the Randsel Global Site

When registering, you will create a password. To prevent fraud, keep this password confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

Randsel Global reserves the right to suspend accounts or require password changes if security risks are detected.

8. Right to Suspend or Cancel Registration

We may suspend or cancel your registration if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

You may delete your account at any time via your profile settings or unsubscribe from marketing communications by:

9. Disclaimer

While Randsel Global strives for accuracy, site content is for informational purposes only. Independent verification is advised. We will correct inaccuracies promptly upon notification.

If we breach these Terms, liability is limited to foreseeable losses. We exclude liability for business losses (e.g., lost profits, data, or interruption), except where prohibited by law.

Gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury/death claims are not limited by these Terms.

10. Availability of the Randsel Global Site

We cannot guarantee fault-free service. If issues arise, report them here, and we will address them promptly.
